If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return the item to us for a refund within 14 days after receiving the item. In the interests of improving products for the future, we would really like your feedback on why you didn’t want to keep your item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on personalised items, as they are bespoke and cannot be resold. Personalised items for 2016 are the following:-
As many items are picked per order, sometimes mistakes can be made. Please contact us if there is a mistake with your order and we will do our best to rectify it.
All items go through an inspection process and are sent out only if we believe they meet a good quality standard. If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, or believe it has been damaged in transit, please email us photographic evidence to email@example.com so we can inspect and resolve the matter.
Please note that Wooden boxes have all been handmade from natural wood – you may find odd markings, wood stains and indentations in the wood. Although we have done our best to remove any marks from the wood, in rare circumstances you may also notice where glue has been used to form joints (although this is only ever apparent from the inside of the box).

Returns are at your own cost and risk unless faulty or the wrong item was sent to you. There’s no need to send items recorded delivery, but please obtain proof of posting (this is free) for your own records. Please also note that our postage costs will be deducted from the amount we refund you, it currently costs the following to send out items:
1-2 Parcels = £5.00
3 Parcels = £7.00
4+ Parcels = £9.00

Unfortunately this is because we are a small business and have to pay premium postage costs. We will aim to refund all monies within 5 working days of receipt.
